Microsoft 365 · Teams
Service group: Microsoft 365Teams that people can find, meetings that work, and calls that connect
Microsoft Teams becomes cluttered quickly: duplicate teams, forgotten guests, inconsistent meeting settings and phones nobody configured properly. We set sensible policies, support your users and, where you need it, set up Teams Phone and meeting room devices.

What Teams support covers
Microsoft Teams is where many organizations now chat, meet, share files and, increasingly, make phone calls. Behind every team is a Microsoft 365 group, a SharePoint site for its files and a set of policies that decide who can create teams, invite guests, record meetings or chat with people outside the company.
Our Teams service covers three areas. Governance decides how teams are created, named, owned and retired. Policy administration configures meetings, messaging, external access and apps. User support helps staff with audio, video, notifications, channel structure and file problems. Where you want to replace a desk phone system, we also scope and configure Teams Phone and Teams Rooms devices.
File storage behind Teams is managed in SharePoint, so sharing and permission questions often overlap with our SharePoint Online Support service.
Teams problems we fix
Team sprawl
Anyone can create a team, so there are several versions of “Marketing” and “Project X”, many with a single owner who has left the company.
Guests who never leave
Clients and contractors invited for one project still have access to channels and files years later.
Inconsistent meeting experiences
External attendees bypass the lobby on some meetings and are stuck in it on others, and nobody knows who can record or where recordings are stored.
Phone system confusion
A partial move to Teams calling left some users on the old phone system, call queues that ring the wrong people and numbers that were never ported.
What we configure and support
Team lifecycle governance
Who may create teams, naming conventions, required owners, and expiration or archiving of inactive teams where your licences support it.
Guest and external access
Guest access settings aligned with SharePoint sharing, external chat with trusted domains, and periodic review of guest memberships.
Meeting and messaging policies
Lobby rules, recording and transcription settings, who can present, chat retention behaviour and app permissions set per group of users.
Teams Phone
Number porting, Microsoft Calling Plans or Operator Connect where available, auto attendants, call queues, voicemail and emergency address setup.
Teams Rooms and devices
Configuration of Teams Rooms systems from Microsoft’s supported device list, desk phones and headsets that you purchase, with resource accounts and room mailboxes.
User support
Help with audio and video, notifications, channel organization, file syncing and the new Teams client through our help desk.

Frequently asked questions
Is Teams included in every Microsoft 365 plan?
Microsoft now sells some Microsoft 365 plans with and without Teams, and the options vary by region and agreement. We check what your current plan includes before recommending changes.
Can Teams replace our phone system?
Often, yes. Teams Phone with a Calling Plan, Operator Connect or Direct Routing can provide external numbers, call queues and auto attendants. We assess your call flows and number porting needs first.
Should we let everyone create teams?
For small organizations it can work with naming rules and ownership reviews. Larger teams usually benefit from a request process. We recommend an approach based on how you collaborate.
How do we stop guests keeping access forever?
We combine guest access settings, regular ownership and guest reviews, and where licensed, access reviews or group expiration so inactive access is removed.
Are meeting room devices included?
Configuration can be included when scoped. Hardware and Teams Rooms licences are purchased separately unless written into your proposal.
