One standard IT setup across every location you operate

Businesses with several offices, clinics, stores or branches often end up with a different internet provider, network, printer setup and password list at each site. We standardize the environment, centralize identity and give every location the same level of support.

Technology challenges for multi-location businesses

  • Every site was set up differently

Locations opened or acquired at different times have different routers, Wi-Fi, printers and internet providers. Troubleshooting depends on whoever remembers how that particular site was configured.

  • Accounts and passwords are local

Each site may have its own shared logins, local computer accounts and even separate email systems. Staff who move between sites need multiple accounts, and leavers are hard to remove everywhere.

  • No IT person at most locations

A site manager becomes the default IT contact, rebooting routers and calling vendors. Problems at remote sites are reported late and described vaguely.

  • Opening, moving or closing a site

New locations need internet, networking, devices and accounts ready on opening day. Without a standard, each launch is a new project.

Risks that multiply with every site

  • One poorly secured site network giving an attacker a route into systems shared by all locations
  • Inconsistent backups, with some sites protected and others not
  • Former staff keeping access at one site after being removed at another
  • Site internet outages that go unnoticed until customers or staff complain
  • Unsupported or unpatched computers hidden at locations nobody inventoried
  • Overspending on duplicate subscriptions, internet services and equipment across sites

Microsoft 365 as the shared foundation

Microsoft 365 and Entra ID let every site share one identity system, one email domain and one set of security policies. We consolidate scattered accounts into a single tenant, set up shared mailboxes for each location, and organize Teams and SharePoint so company-wide information sits alongside site-specific channels and files.

Group-based licensing and access mean a new hire at any site receives the right apps and permissions automatically based on their role and location. When someone leaves, disabling one account removes access across every site and every connected application that supports single sign-on.

Continuity across sites

  • Cellular backup internet at locations where an outage would stop trading or service
  • Central backups covering every site’s critical data and Microsoft 365, not just head office
  • Spare pre-configured network equipment and devices that can be shipped to any site
  • Documented network and device configurations per site so a replacement can be installed quickly
  • A plan for staff at an affected site to work from another location or remotely

Consistent security at every location

  • The same firewall policy, Wi-Fi configuration and guest network separation at every site
  • Central identity with multifactor authentication and conditional access for all staff
  • Endpoint protection and patching managed from one console across all devices
  • Secure connections between sites and to shared systems, replacing ad hoc remote access tools
  • A full inventory of devices and network equipment by location
  • Offboarding that removes access across all sites at once

How we work with multi-location businesses

  1. Survey every site

We inventory networks, internet services, devices, accounts and line-of-business systems at each location.

  2. Define the standard

We agree a standard site design for networking, devices, printing and access, with variations documented where needed.

  3. Centralize identity

We consolidate accounts into Microsoft 365 and Entra ID and enable multifactor authentication for everyone.

  4. Roll out site by site

We bring each location to the standard in a planned sequence, starting with the highest-risk sites.

  5. Operate and expand

Ongoing support under the agreed scope, with a repeatable checklist for opening, moving or closing locations.

Frequently asked questions

Our sites are in different cities. Can you support all of them?

Yes. Remote support and monitoring cover sites anywhere in Canada. On-site visits in Metro Vancouver, the Fraser Valley and Calgary are confirmed per address; visits elsewhere require a separate quotation.

Do we need to replace all our network equipment?

Not necessarily. We assess existing equipment and replace only what cannot meet the standard or is no longer supported. Hardware is quoted separately.

How is pricing calculated for several sites?

Pricing combines per-user support with per-site components such as network monitoring. The calculator shows proposed figures; your written quotation confirms them.

Can you help us open a new location?

Yes. Using your site standard, we coordinate internet installation, configure network equipment, prepare devices and set up accounts before opening day.

Can costs be allocated per location?

We can report users, devices and services by site so you can allocate IT costs internally.
