Why Podium Catchers

What you can hold us to

Every IT provider says it is responsive and proactive. Instead of adjectives, here are the specific commitments built into how we sell and deliver our services, so you can compare them against any alternative.

At a glance

Scope
Written inclusions and exclusions before any recurring commitment
Pricing
Published proposed figures and calculators; final price in a written quotation
Ownership
Documentation and administrative credentials belong to the customer
Focus
Organizations of roughly 5 to 200 employees

Six practical reasons

  • You see the scope before you commit

A proposal lists the users, devices and systems covered, business hours, escalation contacts and what costs extra. If it is not in writing, it is not assumed, on either side.

  • You can estimate cost without a sales call

Proposed per-user, per-device and per-site figures are published, and our calculators let you model a plan yourself. Your written quotation confirms the final figure after discovery.

  • You own the documentation

Network diagrams, device inventories, vendor contacts and administrative credentials are kept for you, not held as leverage. If you move on, an agreed handover transfers them.

  • You can start small

A fixed-price assessment or a one-day consultation lets you judge the quality of our work before signing up for anything recurring.

  • You get honest referrals

When a project needs AI automation, custom software or enterprise cloud architecture, we tell you and refer you to Mars Innovation Technology or CloudArchitects.expert rather than stretching beyond our focus.

  • You work with a business that has stayed the course

Podium Catchers has business roots going back to 2011. Continuity matters when a provider holds the keys to your systems.

What we will not promise

You will not find claims of round-the-clock coverage, instant response or perfect uptime on this site. Coverage hours and response targets are agreed in your scope, and anything beyond standard business hours must be written into the proposal. We would rather set an expectation we can meet consistently than one that sounds better in a brochure.

We also do not certify your organization as compliant with any privacy or industry regulation. We help you operate technology in a privacy-aware, well-documented way and work alongside your legal and compliance advisers.

Questions worth asking any provider, including us

  • Which users, devices and systems are covered, and which are not?
  • What are the coverage hours, and what happens to a request that arrives outside them?
  • How are projects, hardware and licences priced compared with the monthly fee?
  • Who owns the documentation and admin accounts if we part ways?
  • How often will we review tickets, risks and the roadmap together?
  • What security measures are included by default, and which are optional?

Put these commitments to the test

Ask us the questions above in a consultation. You will get straight answers and, if it makes sense, a written scope to compare against other options.
