Why administration is a service of its own
Microsoft 365 changes constantly: new settings appear, defaults shift, and every staff change touches licences, mailboxes, groups and file access. In many small businesses these tasks fall to whoever set the tenant up years ago, and the result is inconsistent access, wasted licences and settings nobody can explain.
Microsoft 365 Administration assigns those tasks to us. We handle the lifecycle of user accounts, keep licence assignments tidy, make mailbox, Teams and SharePoint changes on request, and maintain the tenant-wide settings that govern sharing and sign-in. It pairs naturally with Managed IT Support, which covers the people and devices, but can also be bought alone by organizations whose devices are looked after elsewhere.
What we look after
User lifecycle
Account creation, licence assignment, group membership, mailbox conversion and secure offboarding with mailbox and OneDrive handover.
Licence hygiene
A monthly check of assigned versus purchased licences, with recommendations when seats are unused or the wrong plan is assigned.
Collaboration settings
Teams, SharePoint and OneDrive sharing policies, guest access and team ownership kept consistent with your agreed rules.
Sign-in and mail settings
Multifactor authentication enrolment support, sign-in policies, mail flow rules, shared mailboxes and distribution lists.

Eligibility
Who counts
Each user account with a paid Microsoft 365 licence counts once. How shared mailboxes, room resources and service accounts are counted is confirmed in your quotation.
Minimum
The proposed minimum is 5 licensed users. Organizations of up to about 200 users fit this subscription.
Plans supported
Business Basic, Standard and Premium, Office 365 E1 and E3, and Microsoft 365 E3 and E5.
Configuration and pricing basis
The single quantity is the number of licensed Microsoft 365 users. At the proposed CAD 15 per user per month, 30 users would be estimated at CAD 450 per month before tax. This is a proposal pending business approval and is confirmed in a written quotation.
Use the Microsoft 365 Pricing Calculator to model this component on its own, or add it to Managed IT Support. It is included as a component in the Business and Advanced managed IT packages, where it is priced at the same per-user rate rather than at a separate discount.
Onboarding
Access
You grant delegated access and confirm the approvers list.
Baseline
We document current licences, sharing and sign-in settings, and agree the rules we will maintain.
Cleanup
Agreed cleanup items from the tenant review are completed or scheduled.
Steady state
Requests are handled through the help desk and the monthly licence check begins.
Terms
Price and service terms are drafts pending business and legal approval and are shown in full before checkout. Microsoft sets licence prices, commitment periods and cancellation rules, which are separate from this subscription. Term length and notice period are set in your written quotation. Taxes are calculated at checkout.
Frequently asked questions
Do we have to buy licences from you?
No. You can keep your current licence supplier. We administer the tenant regardless of where licences are purchased.
Will you have global administrator access?
We use the least-privilege roles needed for the agreed tasks. Your organization retains its own break-glass administrator accounts.
Does this include security monitoring?
It maintains agreed sign-in and sharing settings. Ongoing alert review for devices is part of Managed Endpoint Security.
How are users counted when someone leaves mid-month?
The user count is updated when the account is offboarded and reflected on the next monthly invoice.
