Topic areas
Getting help
How to write a support request that gets resolved faster, what details to include and when to phone instead of email.
Accounts and sign-in
Setting up multifactor authentication, what to do if you lose your phone, and why you should never share a code.
Email and phishing
Spotting suspicious messages, reporting them, and what to do if you have already clicked a link.
Devices
Why updates matter, restarting regularly, keeping company data off personal devices and reporting a lost or stolen laptop.
Files and collaboration
Saving to OneDrive or SharePoint instead of the desktop, sharing files safely, and recovering a deleted file.
One rule above all
No legitimate IT provider, including Podium Catchers, will ask for your password or multifactor code. If anyone does, do not provide it and report the request.
For Podium Catchers customers
Customers may also receive organization-specific instructions during onboarding, such as how to reach our help desk and which policies apply to your devices. Where those instructions differ from general knowledge base answers, follow the ones provided for your organization.
Managers introducing a new policy, such as mandatory multifactor authentication or a move from desktop folders to OneDrive, can link staff to the relevant answer instead of writing their own instructions from scratch.
Can't find the answer?
Existing customers can contact support through their usual channels. Everyone else is welcome to get in touch.
