What the tenant review covers
A Microsoft 365 tenant tends to accumulate clutter: licences still assigned to people who left last year, shared mailboxes that consume a paid seat, dozens of Teams created for one meeting, and SharePoint sites where nobody remembers who should have access. Each item is small, but together they cost money every month and make it harder to find information or onboard new staff.
The tenant review examines how your Microsoft 365 environment is organized and administered. It answers practical questions: which licences can be removed or downgraded, which accounts should be disabled, which Teams and sites can be archived, and what simple rules would stop the clutter coming back. It is deliberately separate from our security assessment, so you can buy the review that matches the problem you have.

Is this the right review?
Choose the tenant review if
Your bill feels too high, nobody can say who has access to what, or Teams and SharePoint have become hard to navigate.
Choose the security assessment if
Your main concern is account compromise, phishing or whether multifactor authentication is properly enforced.
Ask for a quote if
You have more than one tenant, more than about 200 users, or you are planning a merger or tenant migration.
Pricing basis and options
The proposed price is a fixed CAD 599 per tenant before tax, pending business approval and confirmed in a written quotation. There are no add-ons to select at purchase.
Savings figures in the licence table are indicative and based on published list prices; your actual saving depends on your agreement with Microsoft or your reseller and on commitment terms. If you would like us to carry out the cleanup, we quote it as a short project or include it in the first month of Microsoft 365 Administration.
How the review runs
Typical duration is one to two weeks once access is in place; it is an estimate, not a commitment.
Kickoff and access
We confirm scope, receive the staff list and invoice, and you grant read-only access.
Data collection
We export licence, user, mailbox, group and site data from the admin centres.
Analysis
We reconcile accounts against the staff list and identify cleanup and saving opportunities.
Readout
We present the findings and agree which actions your team will take and which you would like quoted.
Terms
Price, scope and service terms are drafts pending business and legal approval and will be presented in full before checkout. Licence savings are estimates; licence commitments and cancellation rules are set by Microsoft or your reseller. Taxes are calculated at checkout.
Frequently asked questions
Will you remove licences or accounts during the review?
No. The review is read-only. You decide which recommendations to act on, and we can quote the cleanup separately.
How much can we save on licences?
It depends on your current assignments and agreement terms. The licence table shows the indicative monthly saving for each change so you can decide what is worth doing.
We buy licences through another reseller. Is that a problem?
No. We only need a recent invoice to compare purchased and assigned licences. Changing reseller is not required.
Should we do this before migrating to a new tenant?
Often yes. Cleaning up first reduces what has to be migrated. Tenant migrations are scoped separately.
Stop paying for licences nobody uses
