Industries
The same core service, adapted to how your sector works
A dental clinic, a general contractor and an online store all need email, devices and backups. What differs is where staff work, what data they hold, which software they depend on, and what an outage costs. Our industry pages explain how we adjust.

Sectors we write about and support
Professional services, legal and accounting
Confidential client files, document management, deadline-driven workloads and staff who expect email and files to be available from anywhere.
Engineering firms
Large design files, specialized workstations, licence servers and collaboration with outside consultants.
Construction companies
Office staff plus field crews on tablets and phones, job-site connectivity, and devices that get lost, broken or shared.
Healthcare clinics
Practice management and charting systems, front-desk workstations, and patient information that must be handled carefully.
Retail and e-commerce
Point-of-sale terminals, store networks, online storefront integrations and the cost of downtime during busy periods.
Manufacturing
Shop-floor computers, older systems that cannot easily be replaced, and office-to-plant connectivity.
Real estate
Agents working from vehicles and home offices, transaction documents and fast onboarding for new team members.
Nonprofits and multi-location businesses
Tight budgets, volunteers or part-time staff, and several sites that need to be managed consistently.
What actually changes from one industry to another
The help desk, patching, Microsoft 365 administration and security baseline are much the same for every customer. What changes is the emphasis. For a construction company, mobile device management and replacing lost tablets quickly matter more than file-server tuning. For a clinic, access controls on the practice management system and dependable front-desk workstations come first. For an online retailer, it is keeping the storefront integrations, payment devices and staff accounts secure during peak season.
We also adjust how we coordinate with vendors. Most sectors run at least one specialized line-of-business application, such as practice management, accounting, estimating or point-of-sale software. We do not replace those vendors' support, but we handle the devices, networks and accounts around them and work with the vendor when a problem crosses that line.
Regulated information
Several sectors handle personal health, financial or legal information. Our services support privacy-aware operations through access controls, encryption, multifactor authentication and backups, but we do not certify compliance with any regulation. Please confirm your obligations with qualified legal or compliance advisers.
