Why train staff continuously
Technical controls stop many attacks, but invoice fraud, fake sign-in pages and urgent requests from a spoofed executive are designed to get past them and land in front of a person. A single annual training session is forgotten quickly. Short, regular reminders combined with realistic practice keep the warning signs familiar.
Security Awareness Training gives each enrolled employee a brief lesson every month and periodically sends a simulated phishing email. When someone clicks, they see a short explanation of what they missed instead of a reprimand. Managers receive participation and simulation results so they can see whether habits are improving. We run the platform, enrol new hires and remove leavers so the programme does not depend on someone in your office remembering.

Minimum
The proposed minimum is 5 enrolled users.

Lesson language availability depends on the training platform and is confirmed in the quotation.
Configuration and pricing basis
Choose the number of enrolled users. At the proposed CAD 5 per user per month, 25 staff would be estimated at CAD 125 per month before tax. This is a proposal pending business approval and is confirmed in a written quotation.
Campaign frequency and difficulty are agreed during onboarding rather than at checkout. Security Awareness Training is a component of the Advanced managed IT package, priced per employee at the same rate.
