Why choose the Advanced package
The Business package keeps people, devices, Microsoft 365 and the office network running. Two risks remain that matter most to firms holding client files, financial records or health information: losing data that was assumed to be backed up, and staff being tricked into handing over credentials or approving a fraudulent payment.
The Advanced package adds a component aimed at each. Backup Monitoring checks every protected endpoint’s backup each business day and performs periodic test restores. Security Awareness Training gives each employee short monthly lessons and simulated phishing. Like the other packages, the price is simply the sum of the components at their proposed rates, multiplied by your quantities.

How the package price is calculated
Using the same example as the Business package, 25 employees, 25 Microsoft 365 users, 30 endpoints and 1 office total CAD 1,959 per month before tax. Adding Backup Monitoring for 30 endpoints at a proposed CAD 10 and training for 25 employees at a proposed CAD 5 brings the estimate to CAD 2,384 per month.
There is no separate package discount or premium. All figures are proposals pending business approval and are confirmed in a written quotation after discovery. Onboarding, and backup platform deployment if needed, are quoted separately.

Does Advanced include round-the-clock monitoring?
No. Monitoring and alert review take place during agreed business hours unless an extended arrangement is written into your quotation.
Will this make us compliant with privacy rules?
The package supports privacy-aware operations, but it does not certify compliance. Consult qualified advisers about your obligations.
Can we drop training and keep backup monitoring?
Yes. Components can be combined individually; the result would be priced line by line rather than as the Advanced package.
